Advertising/banner management.

im after somthing that can sit on the backend of my website and basically i want to be able to have a front end login for customers and a back end for myself.

its need to be able to do the usual things like CPC and Pay per impression... which is going to need somthing like a paypal module( plugin built in.. )

i am going to need to have the software with a drop down menu once the user had uploaded their banner etc, so they can specify what page they would like it on... for instance

e-banners.co.uk ( cheap banner printing ) will want to click the banner printing page...
and flyer printing uk are going to want to advertise on just the flyer product page....

i would also like somthing to track the clicks aswell and possibly anything else i may need in it .....not too sure , i just know i need it to do the above , so please feel free to suggest more addons..
