Adobe Muse One Page Landing Page Template (Desktop, Tablet, Mobile)

General information for the website: This is a landing page for a startup tech company
Kind of development: New website from scratch
Num. of web pages/modules: 1 Page
Description of every page/module: I require a template to be built with our branding (see attached image). It is to be a one page landing page with parallax scrolling.

I would like a menu bar across the top that stays you scroll down the page. The sections are as follows:

Home
About
Team
Investment
Contact

I will also need to implement a newsletter signup either into Investment section or contact. I will be using MailChimp as I know this works with Muse.

As I want this to be a template for muse I won't need you to write the content. I will however need tablet and mobile version as well of the template.

Happy to go into more detail with the right person who will come on board. Please offer up sensible offers as this is basic work, I think.

Description of requirements/features: Home:

This will simply be the 3d logo you see attached. But as this may change I will just need the space to be able to take a new image.

About:

I would like a lightbox in here that will take a vimeo video and then room underneath for text which can be expandable if more text is needed.

Team:

Two team members so would be great to have placeholders for images and then text underneath each image. Also if we can have twitter links that would be good.

Investment:

This will be a simple text placeholder with possibly the newsletter signup in
