Adobe Flash Programme for Music

I have currently written some schemes of work to play musical instruments in primary schools (at a very basic level) and am looking for an adobe programme whereby I can show on an interactive whiteboard how to play the instruments. It should include basic songs, for instance, if it were on guitar I\'d like the lyrics going along as it does on a karaoke machine, and the chord to change on the screen at the appropriate time. I have examples of other programmes that are similar to my requirements so have a bit of an idea of what I am looking for. I require this job to be completed by 1st September 2010.
