I need someone to adjust Ringcentral to Zendesk integration.
I had it setup to automatically generate a ticket with the recorded conversation at any incoming or outgoing call. However, it became problematic because tickets started being generated twice (so each phone call generated two tickets) and they were overloading Zendesk inbox.
I would like to have calls recorded and stored under the client contacts, but ideally it would generate and close the ticket automatically. I just need to have a track of the phone calls and conversations with the clients.
