Description of every page/module: WIX has said it's not possible. Does anyone know of any way around this or is it necessary to rebuild the website on another platform. Please advise some solutions.

Twitter Card meta tags cannot be added to individual blog posts. The can only be added to the header which applies to the entire site. Confirm this is what you need.
