Add some HTML to my weebly site header

Hi
I am looking to add a piece of code to my weekly site header (soulpilates.co.uk). This is a piece of HTML code taken from MindBody, in a similar way you can see on the following sites where it appears in the header:

MindBody provides the code which then links to my MindBody account:

I am looking for someone to assist with edited the code to embed this as Weebly doesn't offer a simple embed code to the header area.
