Add Google Translate to Wix Site

Description of requirements/features: I have designed a complete site on WIX. They said they had a multi-lingual capable app. Turns out, it's just a button with a country flag that links to a duplicate hidden page. They duplicate the page in English, then OUR non profit has to manually translate each page and replace English text.

So, I tried to add the google translator HTML code/button to Wix page via Wix's HTML app. The translate button appears, but does not work. We want someone to look at that code and see if they can alter it to work. Or if they know another work around (that doesn't involve us getting outsourced manual translations).
Extra notes: Please note - we are a non profit that services low-income and diverse populations in important civil law matters. So this is a particularly important site to help us reach people in need of equal justice.
