Add Features To Dashboard

So i need you to add some things to the Proxy panel itself.


- Allow users to choose multiple locations , allow me to add multiple locations via admin panel
- Show an icon saying offline / online maybe with a green and red indicator [user side]
- Support HTTP[S] Proxies
- Graphs if possible , showing attacks etc.
- Easier method for me to install it onto a vps for multiple locations to create each proxy
- When the server is down it sends them an email saying its down & changes their location so they are not effect [If possible]

- Also you'll add a reseller feature so customers can resell proxies, so they will get a admin panel but with of course limited features only allowing them to create certain amount of proxies & automation via whmcs with a reseller api
