Add a blog / newsfeed in my existing website, which I can post via CMS admin page.

I simply need to add a CMS blog/newsfeed in an existing website which I can add/update via a admin page that I can log on to access. The existing website is a html/css site and obviously, I would like add pictures to the newsfeed and write updates regularly. I also wouldn't like anything in .FLA or .swf but don't mind using an iframe if needed or if you have any other solutions. I have included an image below which the newsfeed location is shown in red box.

This is a Dentistry Practice Website in south London which has been running for nearly 30 years and would like to start updating the practice news on the website.

The start date would be Monday 17th Dec and the deadline will be Thursday 20th December evening.
