Acymailing - Complete the configuration

I have a server with a Joomla! website and Acymailing installed. I need to understand how to setup the email addresses (Sender, Reply To, Bounce, etc) in order for my mailings to not be tagged as SPAM.

I need to understand SPAMASSASSIN so when it tags my emails for one reason or another I can fix the email to avoid the tag.

I'm already a very technical person and have figured most of this mass emailing stuff out. Thee two areas I have not been able to master. I need someone who is better than I am. I need a stone-cold expert on Acymailing, SPAMMASSASSIN and Mass emailing.
