Actionscript Programmer required for one off project

We require an Actionscript programmer who will design a basic system in two parts.

Part 1. A Javascript function that will pass a dynamically set telephone number to a flash movie.

Part 2. An \'almost\' generic Actionscript that will display that telephone number in a flash movie. Please note this will be an addition to clients website, we appreciate they will need some modifications to their flash movie and so we will need to have some documentation on how to implement it on clients websites.
