A Woocommerce extension plugin

I need an extension of woocommerce to integrate into the:

https://www.pwinty.com/ApiDocs/Overview apis.

1. Ideally one plugin - offering the ability to select one of the above
2. The plugin should "suck" the available products from the printers into woocommerce, with options and cost prices and delivery and set one or more selected default categories. It should allow the type of product to be set - ie simple/variable/download/Fancy (see fancy product designer on code canyon)
3. There should be a simple way to choose/select which of the products to publish along with a simple way to set the sale price (by price, price uplift on cost or %age uplift for all products/variations) - I envisage an admin screen with a quick edit like facility (similar to a spreadsheet) to change prices.
4. Once a customer buys one of these products (either with other products or just these) and checks out through Woocommerce, the order for these products should be automatically passed back to the supplier through the api.

I'm looking for a fixed price to include bug fixing (included for a set period of say 3 months after QA) and support for 12 months after that to be quoted separately.

The plugin must meet Wordpress AND Woocommerce coding standards and will be tersted by Woocommerce, Prodigi and Pwinty.
