Kind of development: Customization of existing website
Description of requirements/features: Hi I have purchased a domain and managed to get my forum up and running very basically, im looking for someone to recommend between using v bullitin and phpbb which is better? at the moment im using v bullitin i also require someone to make some tweaks and explain a little bit more on how to use it, this will lead to more work as i will need someone to maintain the site at a later date, sorry for the low payment but as this is a start up project money is very tight
