A single page web application mock-up

Looking for someone to mock (photoshop) a simple and intuitive user interface for visualizing staff absence. I'm looking for a flat design with some punchy (colour) accents, offering a level of visual fun and excitement, but not detracting from the essence of the objective - the ability to quickly see/visualise staff absence. I want to avoid grey/black business colours, and pre-built bootstrap et-al design templates.

What I'd like the candidate to present is a visualisation of this page where a manager can see company departments and the staff members within, and the days they've taken off/requested.
