A Script for a website and complete.

I want to have a website established for twitter, facebook, and myspace, linked in and many other things if possible. I want this site to be able to provide followers and or fans to these customers pages.

Customers will sign up for X amount of money for x amount of fans/followers.

What does it take to build a site like this? I want to be on auto piolit where I do not have to do much work at all. I want to be simple on my end. If a customer wants the follower or fan of 5,000 and submits it to me and have it out sourced to get the job done cool, then lets do that or if they submit the payment for whichever option they want it automatcially goes right to the source to have it installed for them.. I am just the middle guy selling the products, and collecting the money. From there I pay the outsource guy his fee when the payment is paid it automatically does that for me.

Like to get some bids on what it will take to build a great site like this and also have a good hook up with an outsource company that will not charge me much money to provide this service for me.

I have to be competitive with ebay sellers going for a cheap price.
