A responsive webpage making with scroll animation and transitions

We need a webpage/product page making for one of our categories on our website. We sell personalised items but would like a page to be made for our leather cases to show the features and link the customer/user to our creation software. Heres our website and this link takes you to the page where we need this page to go.

This page is for a Magento website and we require some animation and scroll effects to be done. Please see our example of the page at the link below.

This design is sort of what we’re looking for but we would like you to be creative with this and add any touches you feel would improve this. The page needs to be fully editable (so we can change the text and images. This is ideal if the page can be done as a static block.

Regarding the animation request, we would like to see the roller brush effect at the base of the page work as so…

Customer scrolls down the page. Once the user's screen is level with the phone case, and the user keeps scrolling, the paint roller will come down over the case and as this goes over the sketch of the phone case it turns in to a full image of the case. I have shown this halfway through in the example. (this is all continuous if the user keeps scrolling, we only want this to be a short scroll animation, once the case length has been covered the roller can disappear behind the footer bar.

As well as this we would like the ‘create’ button at the top of the page to be set at a fixed position on the screen and follow the user down. When the user reaches the bottom of the page the create button needs to smoothly transition to the centre and expand like seen at the bottom of the page (wide ‘Create’ button).

The rest of the page effects/animation is up to you really as we want to see what ideas you have but we are looking for smooth transitions, fade-in images, extending-in lines/underlines, fade-in text, transition/fade-in images etc.

A key point for us is that this page will need making responsive so this looks correct on PC, Tablet and mobile devices. We would like to see your ideas for mobile/tablet layout.
