Hi, I am looking for a developer who can build a website which should have 2 online tools. One for converting JPG to PDF and the 2nd one for converting PDF to JPG.
About Tools
The user should be able to upload the pdf file, after uploading it should ask the user to convert it. Once the conversion is done, the user should get the option to download the file. Note: The downloaded file name should be same as of the original one.

a) Good look & feel
b) Great Color combination
c) Use of SVG images (for icons)
d) Mobile Responsive
2. Website Pages
a) Homepage
b) Tool Pages (JPG to PNG, PNG to JPG tools)
