A feature for existing xcode project

My name is Bradley and I develop test prep apps for Apple devices. However, my coding skills only go so far. I currently have a flashcard section in my project which is pulled from a plist and housed in a uitableview. I am trying to add a new feature to the app that will help users remember the term. I want the users to have the option to choose from a list of icons to apply to a particular flash card. Let me try to explain in detail. I would like for there to be a button that brings up a new view with a list (built from a plist file so I can add sections and the images) of icons that they choose which will remain on the card (or uitableview) until they clear the icon. I imagine we could just add and save it to the tableview somehow.

Of course you will need to see the code that is in place to get this feature added. Please let me know approximately how long you see this taking and I can send my project. I hope we can work together. I have attached some images of what this should look like to help explain. Thanks
