A Banking e-authentication system that uses QR codes

Can anyone make me a dummy e-authentication system mostly a website. All I need it for is a school project so not a real publish website. I want the user to be able to log in and the QR code pops up as the final stage of authentication before entering the main website, please add a register page as well which will use OTP to be sent to real emails to be able to authenticate the user when registering. Once again please do not prove me for a published website it is a school project I just want a dummy website
