3 simple HTML 5 widgets - time - weather and share price

General information for the website: Three basic widgets: simple text on a light or dark background
Kind of development: New website from scratch
Num. of web pages/modules: 3
Description of every page/module: Two of the widgets are very simple: The clock is just an analogue one set to London time. The share price can be run from an RSS feed I am sure, so should be easy. The weather needs to have icons (I have attached some), so may be a bit more tricky.
Description of requirements/features: Everything you need is in the attached zip file. Weather icons, background textures and a photoshop file.. Also included is a powerpoint which will instruct you with details.
Extra notes: DEADLINE: by Friday August 29th (but this job may be ongoing, we will need more widgets in the future, but for now, we need these three)

My attempts (might be useful):
I have tried to make a clock: http://jsfiddle.net/t1d2rmx8/ but it needs a background texture and I dont have time to fiddle with that at the moment.
I also had a go at making another HTML5 clock (see zip file) but it needs the background image (metal.jpg) in the background, I can't work out how to do this.
