2 simple logos revamped

Hi i need someone who has a visual eye and who can simply transform the 2 logos in prototype mode i have into the real thing .

there really simple and just need someone with some graphical flair to make them come alive hence the budget and i would envisage it would most likely be 2 hrs work at the most
