2 Prestashops' products and shipping options to a new one

Products, manufacturers, shipping options, localisation, and translations should be transfered from an 1.7 Prestashop site (no1) to a NEW one.
Also products only from a second PS 1.7 site (no2) should be transfered to the NEW one.
Total 350 products.

Description:
There are two (2) Prestashop 1.7 sites: Site 1 and site 2.
1) Products, manufacturers (and their correlations), discounts, carriers, localization, and translations should be exported and transferred from Site 1 to a brand NEW site.
2) And only the products and manufactures from site 2, should be transferred to the NEW site.

Site 1 products should go to Cat 1 in the new site.
Site 2 products should go to Cat 2 in the new site.
Site's 1 products: 250 / Site's 2 products: 150: TOTAL: 350 products to be transferred.

All three sites are Prestashop 1.7, but different 1.7.x versions.
- Additional small task:
One very small bug fix in site one: some produts' name is not editable at the Backoffice.

The sites 1 and 2 will be kept working in their current hosting provider.
