2 email templates, one for Wordpress and one for our EPOS

We have 2 email templates we would like, one for WordPress and one for our EPOS (this one will be a PDF attachment, but uses HTML).

We would like both templates to be editable by us, so we can make small changes as we go.

For WordPress it's a case of giving new subscription customers a welcome email detailing all the benefits of their chosen subscription.

We'd be open to improving the other email templates we have too.

For the EPOS email, this is HTML that is converted to PDF and sent as an attachment.

We want to create a new template for our monthly statements. Please see the screenshot for the style we are going for.

Just a standard itemised statement, though we would like to include VAt as a column. It will becoem fairly easy to understand, as I will be able to supply a list of tags that the EPOS supports.
