We need to have an automated testing process designed and implemented

We have a cloud based software application to which we make improvements and modifications and update from time to time. We are looking for someone to design and implement an automated testing process that we can use to test our software every time we make a change.

The application is written in PHP, Postgre SQL and Drupal. It has several modules which interact with each other and, among other things, it is important that we test whether a change in one module adversely affects the others.
