Trello Chrome Extension

Require a custom Chrome extension that works for Trello (Trello.com) tool. Ideally knowledge of Trello and experience with writing Chrome extensions. Trello chrome extensions already exist for various functions but require one for a specific layout.
A simple extension is required to allow the Custom Fields power up for Trello to be styled in a certain layout.

When the Trello board loads we require splitting the 50x custom fields into specific groups with a delegator line between them so it just changes the layout of the paid for the person viewing the card locally so works like a style.

There is already a extension that allows all the custom fields to be moved to the top but not split into groups which is what we require.
