Small digital scales reporting weight to computer

Hello
Please I need a PCB expert who knows about program development cause I need to develop a system (hardware and software) that enables a computer/tablet to read weight from multiple small digital scales (with cables or wireless it doesn't matter). The data should be reported in a workable format i.e. in windows excel and or other similar program.
Please see the attached design so that you know what I'm talking about.
