Simple Shopify app required

General information for the business: Shopify app to load my javascript to every page
Description of requirements/functionality: I am looking for a Shopify developer to make me a simple Shopify app. The requirements are:

1. The Shopify app should be built in my Partner store (I will provide access details) so that I can submit it to the app store
2. The only part that really needs coded is the Admin/Setup/Installation interface to ask the user which languages they wish to use for their site - e.g. English, French, Spanish (maximum 10 languages, from list below, the order of languages matters)
3. Inject Javascript array containing languages chosen to every page
4. Inject JavaScript I provide into every page of their site including an array configured to the languages they chose (e.g. English, French, Spanish)
5. I would like the logo on the app interface too - from here www.multilingualizer.com
