SharePoint 2010 Workflow to copy files and folders to another library

General information for the business: We are an IT Service provide who need to orgainise files prior to a SharePoint Migration
Description of requirements/functionality: We have over 96000 folders and files in a SharePoint 2010 Library. We want to copy these to a new library and add any new ones when they get added. The the files are in folders and the folder and it's contents should be copied to a new library where there are folders A-Z. The folder and it's files should be copied to one of the A-Z folders depending on it first letter.

E.g A folder called Alan and its files would be copies to a folder A/Alan in the new library.
