PHP specialist needed for updates to coding that mostly works

(Several freelancers have worked on the PHP code at www.HostGator.com . It has been tested as working OK from Setup through the quiz where students mark each other. Setup by a teacher starts at the second red button of www.Social-Quotient.info .)

PHP coding parts that need updating:
1. Every Saturday, calculate SQ reports from quizzes done earlier that week. Bart B., a level 5 PeoplePerHour freelancer, has identified the code section for SQ report calculations and he thinks it works. His code comments are available. Bart also offers to help to other coders who work on these needs.
2. Check that the system emails a SQ report to each student and a full set to the teacher.
3. Email a full set of SQ reports also to the head counselor.
4. Accompany the full sets with an email from Van asking for a SQ system evaluation; send a copy of those emails to Van.
5. Small changes in a few Setup pages:
- On some instructions to students - reverse their order
- Some minor wording changes
6. Optional, bonus item: Look for the code section on a second quiz (where students evaluate themselves on traits like courtesy – by marking: above average, average, or below average on their own traits, like courtesy).
If you see this second quiz please notify Van of its location. The code has tested as working, but is planned for activation in the SQ system in the future.
