Pagination on messages

Description of requirements/functionality: I am a web developer but little experience with cake. These are the files we can can provide you with. Will this be enough to go on? How long do you think this will take?

in the file maps_controller.php it calls the function getMediaMessages2 in the message.php file.

$messages = ClassRegistry::init("Message")->getMediaMessages2($followee_id);

in the file message.php runs the function getMediaMessages2

the media_list file is the data we want to be paginated. This file is loaded from a separate view page called by this line.
