One Drive isn't working correctly on laptop

My one drive account keeps unlinking itself from my laptop. I keep trying to login, but it goes nowhere. I really don't understand what is going on with it & need someone who can work this out.

I've tried manually resetting it, via Run > %localappdata%\Microsoft\OneDrive\onedrive.exe /reset
But it tells me windows can't find it.

In addition, I pay for Office 365 & am fully up to date with my subscription, and my laptop is registered on my account. However I am missing standard features from Word - I can't add page numbers. I do know how to do this usually, but it won't let me do it.
