Experience Level: Entry

I have an animated story which was using Adobe Air to run. The program has stopped working and I am getting an error message. I would like someone to update it and add a new programme in tot eh package so it installs it on the PC/device as it opens it to run.
I would also like the volume of the audio increasing.
