Experience Level: Entry
I have a computer and unfortunately it has asked for a password reset and I dont know the original password. It does not have a USP port to allow me to do a reset disk option. it has esentially locked me out. The job will need to be done remotely and you will need to tell me what to do as you wont have online access to it.
