Jotform guru needed to make make our 5 forms look better!

Hi there.

We have five chart forms that we use for our website-and we are looking to improve them. We want them to cosmetically look better and have features on them.

So we need somebody that can look at the forms and improve them and give us the option that we can have to make them more comprehensive to what we need, we have a packaging company so all of them will be to offer them samples but also offer them a quote.
