Install & Explain Concerto

Hello, I am looking for someone that can figure out how to install and explain Concerto for me (https://www.psychometrics.cam.ac.uk/newconcerto). It shouldn't be too complex as there are good guides available (for aws which we will use the guide can be found here: https://github.com/campsych/concerto-platform/wiki/quickstart-guide). I would need you to perform a basic setup, tell me how to change the passwords, create some test questions (preferably one open) and obtain the answers using sql (I will be using R, but any language will work). I would need you to walk me through in a video call of say half an hour to see how I can adapt it to our needs. Since I am quite savvy with tech, but my time is limited this walk through can be fairly short.
