I need an hours chat with a software testing expert

General information for the business: Online database management provider
Description of every module: We have an application (ExtJS frontend and ColdFusion/MYSQL backend) and in the past have used black box and whitebox testing, although the software testing strategy currently used does not prevent bugs from be discovered by users.
Extra notes: I need an hour's chat with a software testing expert. I am seeking advice on how I can enhance our testing procedures (black box, white box testing, with full path analysis, mutation testing, etc...). I would also like to know whether there a software testing tool that will allow me to track the workflow of a software testing team?
