I need a keyword tool building that will work in word 2016

Description of requirements/functionality: Aim
We need a tool that will analyse a word document and tell us if particular keywords are present. We classify the keywords as mandatory or preferable.


*When we open a word document a sidebar should open that shows us if a keyword is present or not by placing a tick or a cross next to the keyword.
*The keywords that we are interested in are held in a .CSV file that we would update outside word. The keywords that are mandatory would be suffixed with a “(M)” and preferable keywords would be suffixed with a “(P)”. For example
MySQL (M), CSS (M), HTML (M), JavaScript (M), Bitbucket (M), Java (P), C# (P), ASP .Net (P), Linux (P), PHP (P)
Using the tool should not effect the word file that we are viewing in any way. (eg no data should be added or removed from the file)
*Keywords should be matched fully eg the keyword “java” should not match “javascript”
*Keywords should be counted in subtotals and a grand total (see screenshot)
