General information for the business: I would like to print a form and for the forms to increment with a number
Description of requirements/functionality: HI,
I am using wordpress and gravity forms.
I have clients which i need them to fill in an order form and them printing it out.

The problem is that on different browsers the form prints blank, and sometimes the form prints of multiple pages.

So what i would need is for the form to be printed on a single page , i would also like a number increment e.g 1001, 1002,
I would like it testing on most common browsers.
