Help with documented QA strategy proposal

This document is about 60% complete, however, due to circumstances with my workload I need some assistance with finishing building the documentation. I need someone who has been in a managerial or director role for quality assurance to vet the documentation and put forth ideas, knowledge, diagrams, definitions and experience to help me finish this work. The information itself details specifically how QA tackles their process and workload for specific phases in a software development project from design phase to a live release.
