General information for the business: Service Industry
Description of requirements/functionality: I am looking for help developing a Google Spreadsheet-based Sales Process tool which we use to track quotations.

In the first instance what I am looking to do is
1) Link the charts ('WonLostChart' and 'IssuedChart') to a webpage which we can use as a scoreboard.
2) Add further data to this scoreboard showing details based on 'Workload' pivot table - i.e. a list of quotes with deadline date falling during this week by estimator.
3) Set up email alerts triggered by changes to the status of quotes issued (i.e. 'Status' column in 'Quotations' tab) with the message conditional on what the change was. E.g. if an quote is 'closed' i.e. won then send an email out announcing the good news "Hurrah - we just won an order. Customer ABC placed an order worth £xxxx for yyyy. We are now only £xxxx away from our breakeven target of £xxxx"
There will doubtless be further enhancements as we go - the concept is to create a very living target driven atmosphere where everyone engaged in Sales is getting constant updates both via a scoreboard and via email updates.
Note that https://sites.google.com/site/formemailer/ does a lot of what I am looking for but needs some modification/extension to trigger as specified.
The successful bidder will be able to:
1) communicate clearly verbally in English using Skype or similar
2) have extensive demonstrable experience in working with Google Spreadsheets or similar technologies
3) be prepared to sign an NDA before actually commencing the project
Extra notes: We do not have a Google Apps account (if this makes any difference to bidders)
