Edit WP Timesheets

I am looking for some help customizing wp timesheets. I need a few things changed. There are 2 menus available in the plugin already. I need to edit the functionality of one and add two more pages. The "view timesheets" menu is fine and does not need customization. The "add timedata" menu needs to be edited do the "project" field is not a empty field but a drop down that had a list of projects to choose from. Then I need two more additional menus added. 1 to create and add new projects to the list and a 2nd to manage projects and delete them from the database. Are you capable of this and can you help.
