Dynamic Zoopla & Rightmove Feeds + Cron Job for Wordpress Openhouse

I am developing an estate agency site for a single agent in wordpress using the openhouse skin + software. We need dynamic feeds for both zoopla and rightmove that will update on the hour via a cronjob that's to be set up through the cpanel of the domain.

We would need to see it working effectively in sendbox over the course of a week before releasing final payment but we are sure that any developer who is confident in creating this in a stable manner will have no issue with this as they will be sure of success.
