CVS/XML feed plug in

General information for the business: We are an online Lingerie and adults toy store, we where established January 2013 and since that time we have been going through quite a lengthy redesign and re-brand process, which we are now at the end of. We generally cater for everyone, but we are more of a luxury site the platform we are working on nis Magento we have gained knowlage on this platform through useing it.
Description of requirements/functionality: We need an XML/CSV product feed to keep our store inventory up to date, as we have many suppliers it is hard to keep track of, especially as we only dropship stock.
... to keep on top of the market we have a few suppliers which we stock different items from each, I have had a look at some plug-ins to gain some knowledge to what they are about, but I still cant get my head around it.
I have a feeling this won't be a basic feed/plugin as we have many suppliers, but I also need to get in there to change stock description, prices ect.
this needs to be quick and easy to use.
Extra notes: The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge on this and know how to use it/ build it like the back of their hand.
We are not IT experts so please bare this in mind.
