Create If/Then Analysis Tool For Real Estate Investor

Extra notes: I need someone who can create an IF/THEN analysis tool that is browser based and allows the user to input data, calculate that data and then output pre-written responses based on the input.

It will also need to scrape a popular real estate website for property data to help with the calculations.

There are about 25 or 30 questions in the questionnaire and the analysis will have to calculate about that many values as well.

Then it will need to create a document with various segments of pre-written analysis that I will give you.

It will need to be browser based and the UI should be bootstrap style buttons and colors. I'll give you access to the existing website it will be part of so you can make the design match.
