Bot to create accounts

I am looking for someone to create a bot to autocreate accounts on certain websites I can give the URLs to you when we talk. The bot needs to use data provided via spreadsheet to fill in all the fields. There is no captcha to worry about. It does need to allow the use of proxies, again..supplied by myself.

It also needs to report which accounts were successfully created and which failed.

I envisage repeat work, ie tweaking for other sites and also updating this one when the sites make a change.

I have done some research and it looks like selenium or similar might be needed here, but I am open to your suggestions.
