AI SaaS Integration & Deployment Verification Review

This project is a formal review and verification of two existing AI systems that have been converted into live SaaS products on our website: the AI Email Prediction Engine and the LP Mandate LLM. Both underlying models already exist and function. The purpose of this exercise is not to rebuild them, or to hold them to an enterprise-standard implementation, but to confirm that the core product requirements have been integrated and deployed correctly and that the systems work end-to-end as specified. At present, some parts are not working for me, so this review is to objectively confirm what works, what does not, and what remains to be completed or corrected.

The review must assess both systems from two perspectives: as a standard end user and as an administrator. Features relating to authentication, credits, subscriptions, bulk processing, database storage, vector retrieval, compliance controls, backend security, branding and general usability must be tested against the attached requirements. The final deliverable is an Excel spreadsheet containing two tabs (Part 1 – AI Email Prediction Engine and Part 2 – LP Mandate LLM), listing every requirement and clearly marking each as Working, Partially Working, Not Working or Not Present, together with brief testing notes and a clear description of what remains outstanding to finalise the build. This document will determine whether the project can be signed off or requires revision.
