Hello
I am looking to find someone to assist me with a number of websites that I am working on to make compliant, this would be a longterm partnership as we work through between 30 and 50 websites, we are in the process now of securing further website to do Accessibility work, and are also building new websites.
Key Points: (Must read before reaching out)
1) We manage over 150 websites
2) Currently have 30 websites client sites we have agreed to work on for Accessibility , however there is scope for us to expand this with the current client base and new clients.
3) The busines has Accessibility experience but we are a small company with a growing portfolia of client websites, it is becoming harding to keep everything running as I would like.
4) I am looking for someone to work with me longterm, it is hard to say number of hours/days. However I do forsee this being a number of days per month (not just hours).
5) I do know about accessibility and so please only reachout to me if you feel you are an expert.
6) we do not want people to work directly on the websites (we have developers), we dont want tools such as accessiBe or other widgets added to the websites, many of the websites are wordpress, i would look at adding plugin on a case by case basis. However I am wanting a "professional" job to be done. If all you can offer is plugins and automated reports do not reachout. Whilst automated reports have there place, I am looking for someone that can do more then an automated scan.
7) Ideally you would be someone that is happy to jump on a call with a client if there is a point we need to explain better to them, certianly you should be able to explain via powerpoints that I could share with the clients.
8) Fully confident in your own abilities for this type of work.
9) I wish to make the web better for those with disabilities.
Fees: Best we talk about them on Zoom to see if its better to charge per hour, project or website. I am happy paying in GBP or USD.
Sorry for the above list, I just do not want to waste anyones time and have had some bad experience.
