Description
iOS LinkedIn app
Public / incognito mobile view
Desktop
The content is complete. This is not a copywriting task.
I have already:
Removed rich formatting
Rebuilt the section manually in-app
Tested hard vs soft returns
Removed bullets and special characters
Saved blank and rebuilt
Tested across Android and desktop
It displays correctly in some views but inconsistently in iOS and public mobile view.
I need someone confident they can stabilise the formatting across devices and deliver a clean, consistent final version.
Please only apply if you have resolved similar LinkedIn rendering issues before.

Dear Kate,
Cause:
The issue is most likely caused by hidden Unicode characters, non-breaking spaces, or inconsistent line-break encoding that LinkedIn handles differently across iOS, public mobile view, and desktop. LinkedIn’s mobile app (especially iOS) compresses and normalizes spacing differently from desktop, which causes rendering inconsistencies even when the content looks clean in the editor.
Solution.
I would:
Extract the section into a true plain-text environment to remove hidden characters.
Clean all zero-width spaces and non-standard line breaks.
Rebuild the formatting using consistent hard returns only.
Re-publish from desktop and validate across iOS app, public mobile, and desktop after cache refresh.
This approach stabilizes rendering across devices and prevents LinkedIn from re-compressing the layout.
pls let me know if this help you can get back to me thanks -

When a LinkedIn profile renders inconsistently across iOS, public view, and desktop, it’s more than a formatting issue it directly impacts how you are perceived, your credibility, and how effectively your profile converts viewers into opportunities. I understand how frustrating it is, especially after you’ve already tried multiple fixes without success.
From your description, this appears to be a rendering inconsistency within LinkedIn’s mobile and public view layers, not just a basic formatting problem. Issues like this are often caused by hidden structure conflicts, line break behavior, or how LinkedIn’s app interprets content differently across devices — which is why standard fixes don’t resolve it.
I’ve worked on similar LinkedIn formatting challenges where profiles displayed perfectly on one device but broke on iOS or public view. My approach is precise and focused on stabilizing how LinkedIn interprets the content across all environments, not just editing what is visible.
Here’s how I will fix this for you:
• Perform a deep structure reset to eliminate hidden formatting conflicts
• Rebuild sections using LinkedIn-safe formatting patterns that render consistently across iOS, desktop, and public views
• Apply device-specific testing (iOS app, incognito mobile, desktop) to validate consistency
• Fine-tune spacing, line breaks, and structure to ensure a clean, professional final appearance everywhere
My goal is simple: a stable, consistent profile that looks exactly the same across all platforms — no surprises.
I’m confident I can resolve this efficiently, and I’m available to start immediately.
Quick question:
Which section of the profile is currently breaking the most (About, Experience, or multiple sections)?
