Hello.
I need some help coordinating blogs etc. Full brief below. I am open to ideas to improve the brief as well!
Intent: I want to set up a simple system of blogging and publicity, so helpful information that I publish has a great chance of getting to some of the right people. I want to reach some key people:
Owners and Directors of SMEs
Sales Managers
Coaches and Trainers looking for inspiration
Desired Results
A simple system that's easy to use and not too time-consuming
Run by me, not managed by a third party
Instruction on how to maximise reach
Continual review
Guidelines: My website is www.slow-selling.org , this is what I think I want to do
1. Publish an article on my blog (I do this currently):
[Tips on how to maximise the reach of this would be useful]
2. I then want as simple a system as possible to put a summary paragraph of this blog on my LinkedIn, and facebook page, 3. and email it out to my followers via Mailchimp
1. Publish a Video on YouTube (I know how to do this ok)
[Tips on how to maximise the reach of this would be useful]
2. I then want as simple a system as possible to put a link to this, with a video still, on my blog, and facebook page, linked in feed and
3. email it out to my followers via Mailchimp
Resources
My blog, facebook, LinkedIn page and mailchimp account are all set up and working.
Making the material is not a problem.
I feel confident in my ability to use these platforms intelligently, I just need guidance on:
The simplest way to do this (can you install plugins on my website etc to help with this?)
Guidance: does the above sound like a good plan? Can you suggest better alternatives?#
Budget: 3 to 4 hours work?
Accountability
The ultimate accountability will be how easy it is to work this system in practice: if it's easy it'll work, if it isn't i won't get round to doing a full job, then any work and effort won't be as effective and accountable as I want it to be. So it's worth spending a bit of time up front thinking this out!
Quarterly reviews and updates with you to update the system and make it more effective.
