Facebook / Twitter connect drupal module

Simple module required for drupal to handle the following features:

Register using facebook account
Pull user facebook image into the drupal user profile image
Login with facebook account
A function the we can use to easily post a message to the users twitter account
A function the we can use to easily post a message to the users FB account

We would prefer not to use community modules as we have experimented with these in the past and found the to be bulky and buggy,

Looking for simple tight code to handle the features above. The modules must use oAuth authentication method.
